The reporting officer arrived at the scene and saw a woman exiting the hotel while wearing nothing but a bath towel, according to the court affidavit. The woman was “having a hard time walking without stumbling” and allegedly smelled like alcohol. The officer alleged that the woman – later identified as Cloud – had “no idea what was going on” and had just been released from a local hospital. She allegedly admitted to drinking, the report stated.

The officer went into the hotel and spoke with the complainant who reportedly stated that he was sitting on the bed in the hotel room, watching television, when Cloud allegedly became upset because of a previous incident involving his cellphone and another woman. He reportedly stated that he accidentally “butt-dialed a female, by accident prior to today,” according to the affidavit.
Cloud allegedly began yelling and crying about the situation while growing angrier, he alleged. She then allegedly got onto the bed and began hitting him multiple times in the face although he admitted that it wasn’t that hard and the officer didn’t observe any bruising but his face, near his eye, was “red and irritated,” according to the report. The man allegedly put him his arm to protect himself and Cloud allegedly bit him on the elbow, according to the report. The officer eyed the injury and observed redness on his arm, according to the report.

A check yielded an outstanding warrant for criminal mischief – from around 2 p.m. on May 9, 2017, after Cloud had allegedly kicked a wall and damaged it at Concord Hospital, an alleged incident caught on security video – and she was arrested and held.
Previously, according to reports on Patch, Cloud was arrested on assault charges in February and March of this year.
