A store employee alleged that a man and woman who frequented the store on a regular basis were in earlier and the woman allegedly took four sandwiches and put them in her purse, according to the affidavit. The employee went out to the parking lot and took down their vehicle information, a truck with West Virginia plates. Dispatch stated that the truck was reported stolen, according to the affidavit. The detective eyed the surveillance video and reportedly recognized the suspect as Jarrell, someone he was “familiar with.” She was allegedly with Chris Sieradski, according to the affidavit. A few hours later, the pair allegedly returned to the store but the man left in the truck. The detective came back to the store, caught up with Jarrell, and she allegedly stated she ate the sandwiches but “didn’t know where they came from.” She allegedly told the detective that she and Sieradski were homeless and had been living in the truck. “Jarrell stated that she is from West Virginia,” the report alleged. “I have had involvement with Jarrell in the past and she has been known to leave the area for periods of time and we have not been able to locate for extended periods of time.” After being shown screenshots of the theft, Jarrell allegedly admitted that she was the person in the pictures, according the report.
