Concord Man Arrested on 15 Theft Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Joshua E. Partridge, year of birth 1986, of Jug City Road in Epsom, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on March 26, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs, carry/sell weapons (switchblades, etc.), and consumption of liquor on private property. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Benjamin Defosses, YOB 1995, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons for misuse or failure to display plates. He was cited at the Morning Star Condominiums on Loudon Road.

Brent L. Keyser, YOB 1985, of Larkspur Place in Concord, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on March 26, 2017, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Jennifer A. Andrus, YOB 1975, of Old Hillsboro Road in Henniker, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on March 26, 2017, on two bench warrants after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

Victoria C. Cloud, YOB 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on March 27, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested at St. Peter Church on North State Street.

Andrew J. Deeds, YOB 1989, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on March 27, 2017, on a warrant after an alleged incident on Hall Street.

Seth M. Golden, YOB 1988, of Clough Hill Road in Loudon, was arrested at 11:10a.m. on March 27, 2017, on two counts of simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Lloyd C. Cooper, YOB 1988, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on March 27, 2017, for simple assault and reckless conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident at The Common Man on Water Street.

Machozi Lupango, YOB 1985, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on March 28, 2017, on 15 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges after at least one alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
