Woman Indicted For Allegedly Padlocking Man Inside Trailer: Court

Plus, prisoner indicted for alleged assault, Concord habitual offender indicted on drug charge, Franklin man indicted after DWI crash.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Anthony R. Hodgdon, 27, a homeless man now located in Franklin, for felony criminal trespass after allegedly entering a Prospect Street home in Franklin on Oct. 4, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of violation of a protective order.

Cory S. Holton, 38, of Royal Gardens in Concord, for habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-Buprenorphine, both felonies, allegedly on Sept. 19, 2017, in Concord.

Harvard Jacobs, 34, of Hill Road in Franklin, on two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated. On Oct. 1, 2017, on North Main Street in Franklin, he allegedly crashed his Honda Civic.

Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 37, upper left, of Elkins Street in Franklin, for felony assault by prisoners. On July 31, 2017, he allegedly struck another Merrimack County House of Corrections inmate in the head in Boscawen.

Carrie Jillson, 28, of Union Street in Windsor, VT, for felony conspiracy to deliver articles to prisoners. On April 2, 2017, she allegedly agreed with John Fortune II to smuggle drugs – specifically, Buprenorphine, passed through her body – into the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.

Patricia Kent, 52, of Suncook, for felony criminal restraint. On July 16, 2017, in Henniker, she allegedly locked the door of a trailer from the outside with a padlock while a man was trapped inside.

John J. Lacourse, 30, of South Main Street in Laconia, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Hill Road in Franklin on Aug. 11, 2017.

Christopher Lynch, 24, upperer right, of Sherwood Drive in Hooksett, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Oct. 5, 2017, in Hooksett.
