Franklin And Hooksett Men Indicted On Gun Crimes: County Roundup
Plus, alleged Chichester strangler, Dunbarton sex offender, alleged Bristol drug smuggler, and Franklin thief charged again, all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following individuals were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Daniel Dufour, 31, of Allenstown, for felony reckless conduct. On Aug. 20, 2017, he allegedly discharged a firearm near a occupied resident in Allenstown.
Richard L. Duncan, 32, of Elkins Street in Franklin, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 26, 2017, he allegedly stole a package of tin foil from the Cumberland Farms in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Grafton County Superior Court in November 2007, and Claremont District Court in September 2004.

Daniel Dutton, 53, of Durgin Road in Chichester, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a man on Aug. 19, 2017, in Chichester.

Alexander Ellison, 22, pictured lower right, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, for felony criminal threatening. On Sept. 14, 2017, in Hooksett, he allegedly brandished a handgun at others and stated, “You want to go … let’s go,” or words to that effect.
Raymond Fields, 46, pictured lower middle, of an unknown address, for duty to inform. On Sept. 7, 2017, according to Dunbarton Police, he allegedly failed to inform police about his move to Montalona Road. Fields was convicted of unlawful sexual contact in April 2008, in Androscoggin Superior Court in Maine. He was previously convicted for duty to report in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2012.
Juan Flores, 36, pictured lower left, of West Bow Street in Franklin, for felony accomplice to robbery. On Aug. 25, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with Melissa Natal and another man to reportedly steal money and property against a woman in her home. Flores allegedly held a handgun to the woman during the course of the theft, according to the indictment.
John Fortune II, 35, of Bristol, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony conspiracy to deliver articles to prisoners. On April 2, 2017, he allegedly worked with Carrie Jillson to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.
Sheree C. Fournier, 25, of Carriage Lane in Contoocook, for felony possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Sept. 2, 2015, in Boscawen.
