Alleged Burglar, Habitual Offenders Indicted In Superior Court
Wilmington man indicted for assaulting, threatening cops, alleged Salem strangler indicted, Nashua, Derry women indicted on theft charges.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently Rockingham County Superior Court.
Robert S. Andersen, 44, of Douglas Avenue in Wilmington, MA, for simple assault on a police officer-extended term of imprisonment and criminal threatening of a police officer-extended term of imprisonment as well as resisting arrest or detention. On Dec. 2, 2017, in Salem, he allegedly charged a police sergeant with his arms up and struck a police officer in the jaw with his leg.

Joseph Ayoub, 31, of Porcupine Circle in Salem, for second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 14, 2017, in Salem.

Keith Bean, 35, upper right, of Water Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Harvey Road in Londonderry on Nov. 7, 2017.
Courtney Beaulieu, 25, lower right, of Emerald Drive in Derry, for attempted sale of a controlled drug-Percocet and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, as well as criminal trespass. The theft and trespass charges stem from alleged incidents in October 2017, at Walmart in Derry as well as a wallet in Derry. Previously, according to the indictment, she’s been convicted of theft. The drug sale allegation reportedly occurred on Nov. 11, 2017.
Elizabeth Belanger, 30, of Elm Street in Nashua, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking after an alleged incident in Salem on Nov. 14, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft.
Kendall Brown, 31, upper middle, of Royal Crest in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 10, 2017, in Greenland.
Ashley A. Burby, 35, of Berry Road in New Durham, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 27, 2017, in Seabrook.
Christopher Burge, 48, lower left, of Mercury Drive in Londonderry, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Nashua Road in Londonderry on Aug. 14, 2017.
