Alleged Drug Dealers, Habitual Offenders Indicted in Hillsborough County
Plus, Maine, Pelham, and Concord residents indicted on drug charges and Nashua sex offender indicted for duty to report.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Ricardo Acevedo, 32, of Gambia Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Feb. 2, 2017, in Nashua.

Nathan Archambault, 40, of Sicard Avenue in Dracut, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin with intent to distribute. On Nov. 17, 2015, in Pelham, he was allegedly in possession of more than 5 grams of the drug.
Victoria Avery, 27, pictured lower center left, of Shaker Road in Concord, for felony possession of Suboxone allegedly on Nov. 8, 2016, in Nashua.

Kayla Bausha, 22, pictured upper center right, of Cookman Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, ME, for felony possession of a narcotic drug. On Jan. 12, 2017, in Nashua, she was allegedly in possession of a syringe with cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin inside.
Ladonna Blais, 36, pictured upper left, of Putnam Hill Road in Lyndeborough, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Garden Street in Milford on Jan. 12, 2017.
Arthur Bone, 60, pictured lower right, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony duty to report. On Jan. 25, 2017, he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender in Nashua.
Kyle Bouley, 31, pictured upper left center, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender and disobeying an officer. On Feb. 10, 2017, he was allegedly driving on Canal Street in Nashua. According to the indictment, Bouley was found to be a habitual offender in August 2005.
Michael Briand, 25, pictured lower center right, of no fixed address in Nashua, for sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin and sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on Jan. 24, 2017, in Nashua.
Deidra Briggs, 57, of Temple Place in Nashua, on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, allegedly in October and November 2016, in Nashua.
Heather Brunelle, 47, pictured lower left, of Pratt Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, allegedly on Jan. 27, 2017, in Nashua.
Christopher Burge, 47, of Mercury Drive in Londonderry, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Jan. 10, 2017, on Derry Road in Hudson.
