Alleged Lawrence Drug Dealer, Others Indicted In Rockingham County

Seabrook man indicted on strangulation, other charges, prisoner indicted on assault charge, Derry, Salem habitual offenders also indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Telly Tsoronis, 44, of Boarderwinds Avenue in Seabrook, on four felony counts of second-degree assault as well as four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and simple assault. On March 30, 2017, in Seabrook he allegedly strangled and assaulted a woman and grabbed a girl and dragged her by the leg.

Richard Tucker, 22, of Plummer Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent and driving after revocation or suspension. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Derry on Jan. 23, 2017.

Marc Turgeon, 34, pictured right, of Bunker Lane in Madbury, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 6, 2017, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of a prior offense. Steven Vaughn, 48, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook, for felony theft by deception for allegedly signing a bill of sale on a Chrysler Town and Country minivan but failing to deliver the vehicle on April 5, 2017, in Seabrook. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.

Walter Velez, 35, pictured left, of Andover Street in Lawrence, MA, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine with intent to sell allegedly on March 8, 2017, in Salem.

Chad Walter, 42, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony assaults by prisoners allegedly striking another on March 15, 2017, in Brentwood.

Joshua Wells, 32, of Dexter Road in Salem, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and habitual offender, both felonies, as well as misuse of plates allegedly on Feb. 26, 2017, on Main Street in Salem.

Frank Wool, 60, of Pemigewasset Circle in Derry, for felony habitual offender as well as driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and conduct after an accident allegedly on July 26, 2016, on Pemigewasset Circle in Derry.

Edward Zaremba, 60, of East Road in Hampstead, on four counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated allegedly on East Road in Hampstead on Feb. 8, 2017. During the incident, a head-on collision reportedly occurred causing a teenager to be injured.
