Alleged Portsmouth Drug Dealer Arrested: Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Nihco A. Gallo, 24, of Chauncey Creek in Kittery Point, ME, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and failure to obey inspection requirements. He was arrested at the intersection of State and Fleet streets after a motor vehicle stop.

Dylan Silva, 24, of Iron Horse Drive in Bedford, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on Jan. 7, 2017, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and prohibited sales; alcoholic beverages. Also arrested was Mary F. Davis, 19, also of Iron Horse Drive in Bedford, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Police were sent to a hotel on Woodbury Avenue for a report of a guest reporting that they could heard a woman “screaming or being hurt.” Staffers tried to figure out where the noise was coming from and later, after police arrived, they checked the room and arrested Silva. Davis was charged and released on a summons.

Kurt Kasik, 69, of Richards Avenue in Portsmouth, received a summons at 9:29 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2017, for failure to yield to pedestrian in a crosswalk. He was charged on a warrant.

Jeffrey C. Colby, 35, of River Road in Farmington, was arrested at 7:52 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on a warrant.

Marc C. Turgeon, 34, of Madbury, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police received a tip about a report of a man in a Jeep reportedly shooting up heroin in a parking lot. Police arrived and arrested Turgeon.

Patrick H. Bergin, 31, of West 7th Street in Boston, MA, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, for criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was arrested on a warrant.

Chelsea Destefano, 24, of Gooseberry Circle in Rochester, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Also arrested was Kevin J. Jordan, 23, of Green Street in Somersworth, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were sent to Gosling Road for a report of a possible drug offense.

Whitney Giauque, 31, of Union Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for criminal mischief. Also arrested was Ryan M. Smith, 39, of Union Street in Manchester, for criminal trespass. Police were sent to Union Street for a report of a fight going on in the street and a man reportedly attempting to get into a window. Police arrived and arrested two people.

Norman Pare, 52, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, on four counts of conduct after an accident, driving after suspension, and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle. Officers received reports of a vehicle driving through the parking lot in reverse and crashing into at least three vehicles and then, heading toward a dumpster. The suspect, Pare, was arrested later.

Joshua Taylor, 21, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for tampering with witnesses/informants. He was arrested on a warrant in court.

Michael Bennett, 23, of Sunset Drive in Rochester, was arrested at 11:54 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested on Woodbury Avenue.

Amy M. Matton, 38, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for sale of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, and acts prohibited. She was arrested on a warrant.

Susan M. Regan, 60, of Dearborn Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for disorderly conduct. She was arrested on a warrant.
