Another Man Indicted After Alleged Exeter Baseball Attack
A Kingston woman was indicted on burglary charges and a Mass. woman was indicted for allegedly trying to bribe a trooper after a DUI stop.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Kayla M. Lowe, 20, of 5th Avenue in Haverhill, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine as well as two counts possession of prescription drugs and theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000 after an alleged incident on Aug. 21, 2017, at the Walmart in Plaistow.
Marissa Luciano, 29, of Lancaster Road in North Andover, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-clonazepam allegedly on June 2, 2017, in Salem.

Sasha L. Manbodh, 39, upper right, of Nason Lane in Kingston, on two counts of conspiracy burglary and two counts of accomplice burglary. She allegedly agreed with Robert Doucette and John Conway on May 16, 2017, to burglarize Cigarette City in Seabrook and on April 22, 2017, to hit Quicksilver Jewelry in North Hampton.

Olivia K. Marshall, 23, of Portland Street in Rochester, for felony habitual offender as well as aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI allegedly on Sept. 4, 2017, on Route 101 in Raymond.
Katie L. Massero, 36, of Lancelot Court in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine allegedly on April 6, 2017, in Salem.
Benjamin T. McAuliffe, 21, upper left, of Patricia Avenue in Exeter, for first-degree assault and criminal threatening, both felonies. On Aug. 30, 2017, he allegedly struck another man with a baseball bat.
Alexis Miller, 35, of Martin Street in West Roxbury, MA, for bribery in official and political matters. On Oct. 20, 2017, in Exeter, she allegedly offered money to a state trooper to prevent the filing of criminal charges after being stopped for DUI on Route 101.
