Man Indicted After Exeter Baseball Attack: Rockingham Roundup

Manchester, Kingston man indicted for theft, Portsmouth woman indicted on drug dealing charges, Newmarket woman indicted on weapon charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Sean Golden, 42, of Maple Street in Kingston, for felony theft of services. Between Jan. 1, and Aug. 7, 2017, he allegedly obtained in excess of $1,500 worth of data services from Verizon Wireless in Kingston through SIM devices to avoid payment.

Darlene Gress, 49, of Birch Drive in Newmarket, for domestic violence-deadly weapon and reckless conduct-deadly weapon, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault. On Oct. 1, 2017, in Newmarket, she allegedly used physical force with a metal pipe against an intimate partner.

William Gulliver, 22, left, of Wakefield Street in Rochester, for felony criminal threatening and criminal mischief. On Aug. 30, 2017, in Exeter, he allegedly wore a bandana and threatened another person with a baseball bat while demanding to see the person’s cellphone. He also allegedly damaged a Mustang GT.

Russell S. Hamlyn IV, 44, of Washington Street in Marblehead, MA, for felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property – allegedly failing to return a chainsaw and stump grinder – on Sept. 9, 2017, in Plaistow.

Fouad Hanna, 32, of Artemis Road in Salem, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute and falsifying physical evidence allegedly on April 8, 2017, in Salem.

Lee Harris Jr., 25, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 14, 2017, in Exeter.

Julie M. Henderson, 25, of Weald Road in Portsmouth, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-burprenorphine allegedly on Feb. 10, and March 10, 2017, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of a prior drug offense.

Tammy Kevlik, 47, of Bedard Avenue in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on May 18, 2017, in Raymond.

Armand Latour, 25, of Maple Street in Exeter, for second-degree assault. On Sept. 2, 2017, he allegedly strangled another person in Exeter.

Cody Loos, 22, right, of Kelley Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 29, 2017, he allegedly took control between $1,000 and $1,5000 of Dyson products at Target in Greenland.
