Elderly Portsmouth Man Indicted On Second-Degree Assault Charges: Court
Plus, Rye thief indicted for credit card fraud, Seabrook man allegedly steals snow plow, and Mass. residents indicted on various charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Emily O’Brien, 21, of Wallis Road in Rye, for receiving stolen property, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, and fraudulent use of a credit card, all felonies. On Aug. 30, 2016, in Plaistow she allegedly retained a credit card owned by another person, used it at Walmart, and tried to use it at TJ Max. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice before of theft.
Charles Ouimet, 34, of Zealand Road in Seabrook, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – a snow plow – allegedly on Oct. 23, 2016, in Portsmouth.

George Patnaude, 70, pictured, of Banfield Road in Portsmouth, on two counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence and reckless conduct-domestic violence, all felonies, as well as domestic violence and criminal threatening. On May 23, 2017, in Portsmouth, he allegedly strangled a woman, spilled hot water on her arm causing a burn, and threatened to kill her. Christopher Patrikis, 28, of Shoal Creek Road in Hudson, for felony possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 26, 2017, in Salem.
Nicole M. Pereira (Bergholm), 34, of Trues Parkway in Sandown, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly shoplifting apparel and cosmetics from the Walmart in Plaistow on May 17, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted twice of theft.
Jonathan Perkins, 35, of Fairlawn Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for felony falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on May 26, 2017, in Plaistow.
Mathew Pinion, 40, of Washington Street in Methuen, MA, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon – a knife – and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, allegedly at the Kmart in Salem in May 25, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on two theft charges and armed robbery in Massachusetts in February 2009.
Luis Portalatin, 30, of East Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, for forgery and theft by deception, both felonies, allegedly involving a $6,363 check with a fake signature on Jan. 20, 2017, in Epping.
Steven Porterfield, 29, of North Road in Brentwood, for felony tampering with a witness for allegedly attempting to induce a woman to withhold testimony by saying “he would make her life a living hell or words to that effect,” on Sept. 19, 2015.
Joshua Prentice, 24, of Audette Road in Raymond, on three counts of felony sale of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on Sept. 6, Sept. 29, and Oct. 6, 2016, in Raymond.
