Mirsky: Defining Donald Trump

EXETER, NH - This November we have an important decision to make.

The Cable TV News Media, and the crazies on Twitter, are promoting the nastiest, most outrageous, most disgusting candidate in United States history to be our next President.

The person being promoted simply because he is repulsive is named Donald Trump.

The News Media is a business. They run on the fuel of advertising dollars. They get a lot of money for displaying the freak show that is Donald Trump instead of the usual boring politician who believes in democracy and the rule of law.

You have heard the horrible racist things Donald Trump has said about Mexican people. Donald Trump wants to attract voters who are racist by saying such racist things, and then denies he is being racist. Actually, that is the definition of a racist politician. If he said something horrible, he put that out there, he smeared good people with that garbage, and it doesn’t matter if he denies it later, the damage is already done.

And if you are privileged enough to hold a position of high visibility in the national news media, stand up and be counted, on the side of truth.
