Rockingham County Residents Face Drug Charges

Exeter woman arrested on box cutter threat charge, Mass. man arrested on robbery charge, and Maine man arrested on vandalism, other charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — James E. Pechacek, 26, upper left, of Prescott Road in Raymond, was arrested on March 24, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of controlled premises where drug kept.

Rachel M. MacAuley, 45, of Court Street in Exeter, was arrested on March 21, 2018, on a Felonies First warrant – failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of criminal threatening-domestic and Felonies First warrant – reckless conduct-box cutter. She was arrested again on March 22, 2018, for stalking; domestic violence order.

Bradford R. Sargent Jr., 37, of Little River Road in Strafford, was arrested on March 21, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp. hearing on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Eddie R. Hemingway, 36, lower left, of 3rd Street in Somersworth, was arrested on March 20, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a failure to register as a sex offender charge and on a judge’s order to arrest failure to register as a sex offender.

Trevor C. Michals-Brown, 22, of West Street in Brockton, MA, was arrested on March 16, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of robbery and on a judge’s order to arrest for breach of bail.

Armando R. Rabanal, 42, of Shine Pond Road in Mt. Chase, ME, was arrested on March 15, 2018, for criminal mischief and a bench warrant-motor vehicle offenses.

Raul E. Delgado, 35, of Cross Street in Salem, was arrested on March 14, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probation hearing on an original charge of possession of fentanyl and on a judge’s order to arrest-second warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Brandi L. Finn, 24, of Franklin Street in Derry, was arrested on March 11, 2018, for sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine.
