CONCORD, NH — James E. Pechacek, year of birth 1992, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. on March 22, 2018, for resisting arrest or detention as well as two warrants after an alleged incident at Royal Gardens.

William L. Vinal, year of birth 1968, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on March 22, 2018, for possession of controlled drugs and a warrant.
