Seabrook Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, Crash Charges: Court
Plus: Windham man indicted on strangulation, gun threat charges; Derry man indicted after stabbing incident; drug dealing indictments; more.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Alexis Gonzalez, 33, of Jackson Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl and conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl, both felonies. He was accused of acting alone or in concert with others to sell the drug in Salem on March 11. Previously, he was convicted on a distribution/dispense charge in Massachusetts in September 2019.
Thomas Grenier, 50, of Coburn Street in Salem on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of grabbing an intimate partner by the throat on April 19.

Steven Guerra, 22, of West Street in Boston, MA, on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. On Feb. 24, in Hampton, he was accused of pulling a knife on two people and saying, “I’m from Dorchester, I’ll cut you up,” or words to that effect.
Ronald E. Jenkins Jr., 53, of Hall Road in Londonderry on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Kimball Road in Londonderry on Aug. 16, 2020.

Ross Kol, 35, of Gage Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charge. He was accused of grabbing a detective’s writes in Salem on March 14.
Stephen John Ferge III, 28, of Pebble Lane in Derry on first-degree assault-domestic violence and reckless conduct-deadly weapon-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of stabbing one person in the head while swinging a knife at another person in Derry on Dec. 13, 2020.
Deion Anthony Ferrone, 24, of Juniper Road in Windham on two counts of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, felon in possession, criminal threatening-deadly weapon-domestic violence, and criminal restraint-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and threatening a woman with a gun and refusing to let her leave a home on Jan. 16 in Windham. Gene D. Fletcher, 34, of Hardy Road in Londonderry on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of attempting to influence a case by urging a person to tell police that nothing happened on Nov. 3, and Nov. 5, 2020, in Brentwood.
Earl Ganoe Jr., 40, of Cimarron Drive in Seabrook on negligent homicide-driving under the influence, aggravated driving while intoxicated, falsifying physical evidence, and two manslaughter-reckless charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving drunk, passing other vehicles in a no-passing zone, and striking a telephone pole, which caused a woman’s death, on Kensington Road in Hampton Falls on Nov. 7, 2020.
Shawn T. Gilley, 37, of Rona Avenue in Raymond on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, on Raymond Road in Chester on Aug. 14, 2020.
Robert Gramolini, 62, of Claremont Street in Malden, MA, on possession of meth and two receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a trailer and natural gas containers owned by Brayton Energy on Sept. 11, 2020, in Hampton, and retaining building and construction materials owned by Langdon Construction on Dec. 6, 2020, in Nottingham.
Sayer Andrew Haas, 40, of Route 114 in Bradford on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent-meth charges on Dec. 18, 2020, in Salem.
