Alleged Forger, Robbers, Assaulters Indicted: Roundup
Mainers were indicted for bail jumping, reckless conduct, a Nashua man allegedly gestured that he had a gun, Boston woman on cocaine charge.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Phillip Cavaretta, 39, with a last known arrested of East Grand Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, ME, for felony bail jumping allegedly on March 24, 2017, for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing on a burglary charge in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Dereck Chaisson, 23, pictured upper center, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for attempted robbery, a felony, allegedly on Jan. 12, 2017, in Exeter, reportedly gesturing that he had a gun in his pocket while demanding money.

Daniel Chute, 26, with a last known address of Timothy Lane in Yarmouth, ME, for robbery and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer. On Aug. 31, 2016, he allegedly stole saw blades from Lowe’s in Salem and pushed men during the incident. He reportedly sped away from the scene and from police in minivan, according to the indictment.

Sean Clayton, 29, of True’s Parkway in Sandown, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Nov. 22, 2016, in Sandown.
Christopher Clough, 28, of Pleasant Street in Portsmouth, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, all felonies, as well as criminal trespass. The sale charges stem from alleged incidents on Sept. 26, and Sept. 30, 2016, in Portsmouth, with the possession and trespass incidents allegedly occurred on Oct. 12, 2016, in Portsmouth.
Eric Crane, 32, pictured upper right, of Noyes Road in Londonderry, for tampering with witnesses and informants, a felony, and two counts of criminal mischief. On April 19, 2016, he allegedly kicked a woman’s vehicle and then sent text messages to her requesting that she retract her statement that he had allegedly been involved in vandalism incidents.
Sherrie Curlew, 49, of Beech Ridge Road in Scarborough, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Tramadol allegedly on Nov. 11, 2016, in North Hampton.
Stephanie Dansereau, 26, pictured upper left, of Depot Road in Pittsfield, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl allegedly on Dec. 22, 2016, in Salem.
Delvi De Leon Hiciano, 21, of Tenney Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony forgery. On Jan. 20, 2017, he allegedly wrote a check against another person’s account at the TD Bank in Kingston.
Justin R. Dombroski, 28, of South Avenue in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense allegedly on Nov. 4, 2016, in Derry. He was previously convicted in the District of Columbia on a drug offense.
Eric J. Edmondson, 38, pictured lower left, of Stanwood Avenue in Plaistow, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception, both felonies. On Nov. 22, 2016, in Plaistow, he allegedly disposed of jewelry and other items at the Rockingham Trading Post. Previously, according to the indictment, Edmonson has been twice convicted of theft.
Deion Ferrone, 20, of Juniper Road in Windham, for assault by prisoner, a felony, as well as disorderly conduct, obstruction of government administration, resisting arrest or detention, criminal threatening. On Dec. 11, 2016, he allegedly assaulted and threatened an officer in Exeter and again at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.
Breanna Fields, 22, pictured center left, of Jackson Avenue in Suncook, for habitual offender and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On Nov. 3, 2016, she was allegedly driving in Seabrook and reportedly acted in concert with Joshua Peno to steal luggage and electronics from Walmart. She was also charged with allegedly stealing a jacket at Target in Greenland. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.
