Seabrook Men Indicted On Fentanyl Dealing Charges: Court Roundup
Portsmouth woman indicted on witness tampering charges; men indicted on habitual offender charges; man accused of strangling woman in car.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Stephen D. Mercier Jr., 24, of Bunker Street in Farmington, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge from Feb. 16, 2019, in Portsmouth.
John Mills, 45, of Townsend Lane in Rochester, on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth on June 16, 2019.

Michael E. Nault, pictured lower right, 29, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Salem on Aug. 13, 2019.
Peter P. O'Neill, 25, of White Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge on July 3, 2019, in Raymond.

Julie M. Ost, 37, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on two felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants. She's accused of attempting to induce another person between Oct. 7 and Oct. 8, 2019, in Portsmouth, to lie in court and/or drop any criminal charges and delete text messages she sent.
Dennis Perkins, lower middle, 46, of South Main Street in Seabrook, on five felony counts of sale of fentanyl. He's accused of selling the drug to a confidential informant of the Seabrook Police Department between June 9 and Aug. 11, 2019.
Shane Perkins, lower left, 20, of Portsmouth Avenue in Seabrook, on five felony counts of sale of fentanyl and one felony burglary count. He's accused of breaking into a home on Whittier Drive in Seabrook May 20, 2019. The drug dealing charges reportedly occurred between Aug. 4 and Sept. 1, 2019, to a confidential informant of the Seabrook Police Department.
Eric Joseph Peters, 40, of Locust Street in Laconia, on two felony bail jumping charges from March 6 and Nov. 5, 2019, accused of failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood on a theft charge.
Robert Pina, 44, of Clough Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on Old Candia Road in Candia on Aug. 10, 2019.
Anthony M. Pineda, 21, of 78th Street in Jamaica, New York, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He's accused of uttering an insurance check knowing that it was false in an effort to deprive TD Bank of money on Aug. 22 in Salem.
Jeremiah Porter, 37, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, on domestic violence-second-degree assault strangulation and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 30, 2019, in Hampton, and refusing to stop and let a woman out of a vehicle while in Exeter and physically assaulting the woman on the same date.
Maria A. Posey, 62, of Lancelot Court in Salem, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. She's accused of making cash withdrawals and purchases on another person's card between Feb. 19 and Feb. 21, 2019, in Salem.
