Accused Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Rockingham County Court
Salem man accused of trying to sneak drugs into jail; man indicted on drug charge in prison; man indicted on knife threat charge at bar.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Karen D. Gover, pictured lower left, 38, homeless, on receiving stolen property and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. She's accused of driving a stolen Ford Fusion in Salem on Feb. 11, 2019.
Timothy Grella, 44, of Shore Road in Salem, on conspiracy to commit possession of buprenorphine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to commit delivery of articles prohibited-buprenorphine charges, both felonies. Between Feb. 1 and Feb. 24, he and Angela Marie Demarco, Heather Denuccio, and Joshua Garrett are accused of conspiring together to have buprenorphine placed under sand buckets next to the Rockingham County Nursing Home where inmates were working to have the drugs smuggled into the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.

Daniel Healy, 58, of Waldeck Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on theft by misapplication of property and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He's accused of accepting money from another person for down payment on a vehicle without every purchasing the motor vehicle on Aug. 3, 2016, in Seabrook.
William Hernandez, 35, of Douglas Way in Exeter, on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He's accused of being in possession of the drug inside the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on Aug. 18.

David Michael Hickey, lower middle, 54, of South Main Street in Seabrook, on conspiracy to distribute heroin and/or fentanyl and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. Between Aug. 4 and Aug. 11, he and Shane Perkins are accused of agreeing to sell drugs to a confidential informant of the Seabrook Police Department. On Sept. 14, Hickey is accused of attempting to induce Annette Fowler to request Perkins not show up for a proceeding.
Nikolas C. Hyder, 22, of Birnum Woods Road in Stratham, on a possession of Xanax with intent to distribute charge, a felony, on June 22 in Stratham.
Ryan Ingram, lower right, 27, of Settlers Lane in Derry, on possession of fentanyl and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-stalking, a misdemeanor. The drug charge stems from an incident in Londonderry on Aug. 9. He's accused of tailgating a woman in another vehicle, using his vehicle as a deadly weapon, on July 7 in Derry and/or Londonderry.
Ryan T. Kottke, 30, of Old Troy Road in Fitzwilliam, on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He's accused of pulling out a knife and stating "someone was going to die" or words to that effect after he was removed from Bernie's Beach Bar in Hampton on Sept. 7.
Joshua Labbe, 27, of Beech Hill Road Extension in Exeter on attempted sale of marijuana and sale of marijuana charges on May 19 in Exeter.
Arthur R. Lane III, 38, of Milton Mills Road in East Lebanon, Maine, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Calef Highway in Epping on July 3.
