Former Scoutmaster Indicted On Child Rape Charges: County Court
Plus, Seabrook man indicted on child porn charges, alleged Hampton Falls strangler indicted, alleged teen rapist and thief also indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Ronald Nekoroski, 68, pictured upper right, of Maple Ridge Road in Seabrook, on six felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images allegedly on Jan. 3, 2017, in Seabrook.
Felix Nunez, 36, of Brook Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony criminal restraint as well as false reports to law enforcement and three counts of domestic violence. On Jan. 5, 2017, in Hampton Falls, he allegedly confined a woman – an intimate partner – in the Hampton Falls Inn, pushed her to the ground and kicked her in the ribs, kept her from using her cellphone, and when questioned by police, gave a false name, according to the indictment.

Michael Pattelena, 19, pictured upper center, of Patch Road in Hollis, for robbery and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On June 2, 2016, he allegedly robbed the Citizens Bank in Londonderry.

Joshua Peno, 25, of Stage Road in Nottingham, for two felony counts of accomplice theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly acting in concert with Breanna Fields to remove merchandise from the Walmart in Seabrook on Nov. 3, 2016. Twice before, according to the indictment, Peno has been convicted of theft.
Alexander Perrault, 22, of Goodwin Road in Hampton Falls, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling an intimate partner so that she could not breathe in Hampton Falls on or between Nov. 6, and Nov. 15, 2016.
Eugene Perrault, 69, pictured upper left, of Piscassic Road in Newfields, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and 14 counts of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between 1991 and 2001, he allegedly raped and fondled boys who were between 5- and 13-years-old.
Judith Pesarik, 58, pictured right center, of Elwyn Avenue in Portsmouth, for felony reckless conduct and resisting arrest or detention, disobeying an officer, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct. On Dec. 8, 2016, in Exeter, he allegedly drove away while a police sergeant was holding onto the driver’s side door.
Robert Pina, 41, pictured lower left, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for felony habitual offender as well as disobeying an officer and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Jan. 8, 2017, on Planeview Drive in Londonderry.
Emanuel Pressley, 18, pictured lowered right, of Patterson Road in Hanscomb Air Force Base in MA, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault as well as sexual assault and conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking. On or between Sept. 4, and Sept. 5, 2016, in Plaistow, he allegedly raped a girl under 16. On or about Sept. 5, 2016, he allegedly agreed with (removed) to take money out of a woman’s wallet.
