Sheriffs Arrest Dover Woman On Heroin Charge
Homeless man from Concord allegedly fails to pay court costs, Seabrook man arrested for welfare fraud, Kingston man charged with theft.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.
William G. Cavataio, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 19, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to pay ofc. cost. cont.
Robert A. Rogers, 62, of Smalls Avenue in Seabrook, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for welfare fraud.

Andrew K. Clark Sr., 38, of West Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for def. sent. violation on an original charge of simple assault.

William V. Santos, 34, of Metcalf Court in Jamaica Plain, MA, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2018, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl – between 1 and 5 grams and delivery of a weapon, contraband, etc. Santos was also arrested on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear show cause on a possession of cocaine charge, a second warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of ID fraud, identity fraud, falsifying physical evidence, two counts of obstructing government administration, and a third warrant for deferred sentence violation.
Erik R. Bogardus, 33, of Viviana Drive in Farmington, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing on a original charge of fentanyl possession and on a judge’s order to arrest for cocaine possession.
Stephanie T. Ramsey, 25, of Lincoln Street in Raymond, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail revocation or an original charge of sale of heroin, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of fentanyl, on a judge’s order to arrest for sale of fentanyl, on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for bail revocation on an original charge of sale of fentanyl, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of fentanyl, and on a judge’s order to arrest for conspiracy for sale of heroin.
Joseph St. Laurent, 38, of Albion Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for three counts of willful concealment.
Jessica F. Rogers, 28, pictured, of Court Street in Dover, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2018, on a Felonies First warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of heroin charge.
Sean P. Golden, 42, of Maple Street in Kingston, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft of services.
