Alleged Drug Dealer Indicted On Urine Evidence Charge
Bedford car dealer indicted on charges, alleged Raymond fentanyl dealer indicted, Portsmouth, Hampton residents indicted on drug charges.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Samantha Chamberlain, 24, of Baxter Place in Alton, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine allegedly aided by or in concert with Erik Bogardus, on April 15, 2017, in Newton Junction.
Stephan Condodemetraky, 49, pictured upper right, of Dorothy’s Way in Bedford, on three theft by deception charges and a single count of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. While the owner of Duty Old Cars, he allegedly exercised control over consignment sale proceeds and created the false impression that the company had performed repairs on three cars in Derry in between August 2015, and March 2016.

Joseph Coppola, 59, of Oakview Road in Kingston, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on May 18, 2017, in Kingston.
Michelle L. Couture, 38, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by deception, all felonies. Between Jan. 3, and Jan. 13, 2017, she allegedly pawned stolen jewelry, a Play Station 4, and accessories, at NH Pawn Broker Service in Salem.
Jennifer Cyr, 29, of Stonepost Circle in Raymond, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on March 22, and March 25, 2017, in Raymond.
Jaimie D’Alessandro, 37, of Parker Street in Plymouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl on Aug. 3, 2017, in Atkinson.
Philip Damon, 39, of Friar Tuck Way in Wolfeboro, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent allegedly on June 22, 2017, in Greenland.
Damien Damour, 22, of Pearson Street in Portsmouth, for possession of a controlled drugs-fentanyl on June 13, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Jerry Dow Jr., 27, lower right, of Washington Street in Seabrook, for felony attempted falsifying physical evidence. On July 7, 2017, in Brentwood, he allegedly taped a bottle of yellow liquid to his leg in an attempt to present the bottle as his own urine.
Craig M. Drew, 33, of Winacunnet Road in Hampton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 29, 2017, in Kingston. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a drug offense.
Ronald Dupont, 49, of Bangor Road in Linneus, ME, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl as well as driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor allegedly on June 4, 2017, on Main Street in Salem.
Leanne Elliott, 33, of King Street in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell/dispense allegedly on May 8, 2017, in Greenland.
