Maine Man Arrested on Deadly Weapon, Other Charges: Sheriff

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Theodore C. Legatos, 48, of Lowell Street in Salem, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of a theft charge.

Norman W. Marcotte, 34, a homeless man, was arrested on Nov. 17, 2016, for contempt capias-martial non-support.

Nigel O. Fitzgerald, 40, of East 53rd Street in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a robbery charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Mark J. Boisvert, 36, of Laurel Circle in Wells, ME, was arrested on Nov. 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the pre-trial hearing on an assault with a deadly weapon charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for reckless conduct with a motor vehicle.

Kylie A. Donohue, 22, of Main Street in Danville, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing for a possession of Buprenorphine charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of fentanyl.

Douglas R. Lynch, 32, of President Road in Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a robbery charge.

Andrew K. Clark Sr., 37, of West Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a second-degree assault charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for simple assault.

Jennifer R. Santos, 31, of Heather Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Nov. 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on two counts of theft.

Stephen C. Hamel Jr., 34, of Jama Drive in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a possession of Alprazolam charge.
