Salem Woman Fails To Appear At Heroin Hearing: Sheriffs
Farmington man fails to appear on drug charges, Malden man arrested on 11 ID fraud counts, Maine man fails to appear on shoplifting charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.
Alexander Brito, 41, of Ferry Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2017, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking (between $1,001 and $1,500).
Philip C. Johnson, 30, of Colorado Drive in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc. cost. cont.-legal fees.

Kari L. Houlne, 33, of Grove Avenue in Salem, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a status hearing on a possession of heroin charge. Erik Bogardus, 33, of Viviana Drive in Farmington, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a cocaine possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge.
Moise Theosmy, 25, of Lisbon Street in Malden, MA, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a pretrial hearing on an original charge of receiving stolen property, on a judge’s order to arrest on 11 counts of identity fraud, and on another agency’s warrant.
Timothy J. Shaw, 34, of Route 105 in East Boothbay, ME, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of an original charge of shoplifting.
Jacob A. James, 29, of Irwin Drive in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of receiving stolen property, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp. conf. on an original charge of receiving stolen property.
