Alleged NH, Mass. Drunk Drivers Busted By State Police

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

Liam Brock, 35, of Goffstown, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension on Route 101 West in Epping.

Nancy Denault, 59, of Epping, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2017, for DUI – second or third and possession of a controlled drug on Route 125 in Epping.

Nicholas McCafferty, 20, of Reading, MA, at 1:51 a.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, was charged with unlawful possession/intoxication on Madbury Road in Durham. George Farrell, 52, of Dover, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, on two counts of DUI on Route 9 in Madbury.

Justin Demaio, 22, of Stow, ME, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, for speeding – 21+ mph over the 65 limit, reckless operation, and DUI on Route 16 North near the tolls in Rochester.

Cameron Perkins, 25, of Candia, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for aggravated DUI – passenger under 16, reckless operation, and driving after revocation or suspension on Route 101 West in Candia.

Anthony Waack, 27, of Southbridge, MA, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for DUI, felony receiving stolen property – $1,501+, possession of marijuana, and open container on I-95 North in Hampton.

Kory Deputy, 22, of Derry, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and stop/stand/park prohibited on Route 101 East in Candia.

Edgardo Gonzalez Jr., 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-93 South in Londonderry.

Rebecca Cunningham, 25, of Scituate, MA, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, on I-93 North near Exit 1 in Salem on two counts of possession of a controlled drug, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and open container. Also charged was Christian Brady, 20, of Scituate, MA, for unlawful possession/intoxication.

Shane Thompson, 32, of Deering, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2017, on a bench warrant and for possession of a narcotic drug on the Everett Turnpike.

Maneul Chimborazo-Yunga of Irving, NJ, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2017, on a bench warrant on I-93 South near Exit 1 in Salem.

Brittany Power, 28, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South near the I-293 split in Manchester.

Ismael Cepeda, 36, of Boston, MA, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2017, for disobeying an officer and reckless operation on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 12 in Merrimack.

Frederick Lochner, 46, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 16+ and DUI on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 10 in Merrimack.

Kern McLeod, 32, of Manchester, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and driver’s license prohibitions on I-293 North in Bedford.

Jesse Havens, 22, of Brookline, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2018, for DUI on Abbott Hill Road in Mason.

Brianne Booth, 24, of Auburn, MA, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 10 in Merrimack.

Troop D Blotter

Oscar Hall, 34, of Windham, ME, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, on a bench warrant on I-93 North near the Hooksett tolls.

Russell Roderick, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Brandon Walker, 41, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, on a bench warrant at the Troop D HQ in Concord.

Raymond Scott, 46, of Warner, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for unregistered vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on Loudon Road in Concord.

Marc Laroche of Mooresville, NC, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-393 East near Exit 2 in Concord.

Other Incidents

Theron Kennedy, 31, of Rumney, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2017, for burglary on Gale Road West in Alexandria.

Michael Bush, 21, of Ossipee, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2017, for DUI, speeding – existing conditions, and open container on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Kelsey McHugh, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2017, for DUI on Route 28 in Alton.

Jose Corral, 42, of Gardner, MA, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, for DUI, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, and false statement under oath on Old Walpole Road in Surry.

Everett Seale, 36, of Lempster, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, for DUI – second or third and resisting arrest or detention on South Hill Drive in Lempster.

Timothy Milligan, 34, of Ossipee, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for DUI – adult greater than 0.08 and DUI at the Irving gas station in Ossipee.

Kinsman Corthell, 18, of Bow, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for reckless operation on I-93 North in Ashland.

Robert Larson, 30, of Franklin, MA, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for aggravated DUI, DUI, speeding – 26+ mph over the 55 limit, reckless operation, and open container on Route 16 North in Ossipee.
