11 Teens Face Liquor Charges After Whitten Street Incident: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — At 15-year-old was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 11:25 a.m. on March 10, 2023, after an incident on Tuck Field on Park Avenue.

A 39-year-old woman was taken into involuntary emergency admission at 4:42 p.m. on March 6 on Kings Highway.

Joshua Madden, 18, of Melrose, Massachusetts; Jenna Ciccarello, 18, of Melrose, MA; Sofia Barletta, 18, of Melrose, MA; Colin Walsh, 18, Melrose, MA; and seven 17-year-olds were all charged with unlawful possession-intoxication at 10:37 p.m. on Feb. 19. An 18-year-old from Melrose, MA, was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol. They were charged after an incident at Whitten Street.

Raul Mendez, 55, of Everett, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:34 p.m. on Feb. 17 and a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 401 Lafayette Road.

Michael Goulet, 45, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:42 p.m. on Feb. 16 after an incident on Barbour Road.

Dominic Anthony Teal, 24, of Manchester was arrested on a theft charge at 5:34 p.m. on Feb. 16. He was charged at police headquarters for another police agency.

Richard Alan Butler, 54, of Hampton was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on Feb. 14 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and unauthorized use-firearm-firecracker charges. Roy Milligan, 67, of Seabrook was cited at 9:15 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a driving under the influence charge. He was charged after an accident at Lafayette Road and Drakeside Road.

James Michael Miller, 39, of Hampton was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

Brian Anthony Shepherd, 38, with a last known address of Hackett Lane in Hampton, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Feb. 9 on a knowing failure to comply; sex offender registration charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Shepherd is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction from July 2005, according to the state of New Hampshire.
