Mass. Woman Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge After North Hampton Crash: Court Roundup
Salem teen indicted on meth in jail charges; Hampton man accused of selling cocaine; Londonderry man faces criminal threatening charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Dylan Martin, 22, of Great Bay Woods in Newmarket on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of acting in concert with or aided by Anthony D. Philbrick by striking another person in the face, causing a fracture, on Sept. 24, 2022, in Epping. Philbrick, 22, of Main Street in Candia was also indicted on a felony second-degree assault charge connected to the case.
Jennifer Elizabeth McCoy, 39, of Bunker Hill Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a negligent homicide charge. She was accused of causing the death of another person by driving through a stop sign without braking on June 25, 2022, in North Hampton. Kylee Jade Miele, 19, of Linwood Avenue in Salem on possession of methamphetamine and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. She was accused of having the drug inside the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on Aug. 1, 2022.
Rafael Montanez, 64, of Lafayette Road in Hampton on a felony count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, more than half an ounce, on July 23, 2021, in Hampton.

Hector Manuel Morales, 50, of Page Road in Kingston on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another man in the face with a spray gun causing a fracture on Aug. 2, 2021, in Plaistow.
Joshua Cameryn Pelletier, 31, of Tilton Avenue in Kittery, Maine, on burglary and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Hooksett Street in Seabrook on Oct. 25, 2022, and stealing HVAC equipment.
Christopher Louis Plummer, 58, of Cross Road in Londonderry on two felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving a vehicle at another person in Londonderry on Aug. 18, 2022.
Nicholas James Quimby, 33, of Williams Street in Lancaster on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of removing and concealing pipes from his pocket and tucking them underneath a vehicle seat to impair an investigation on Sept. 23, 2022, in Salem.
Shaylene R. Racicot, 31, of Gonic Road in Rochester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Seabrook on Jan. 14, 2022.
