Fremont Visiting Nurse Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Hampton man faces 7 drug dealing counts; Salem woman accused of spitting at, scratching cops; steroid indictment in Derry.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Robert F. Allore, 62, of Chester Road in Fremont on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and four sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting, kissing, and making an elderly woman fondle him during medical treatment on Sept. 8, 2022, in Raymond. Allore was a visiting nurse at the time of the incident.
Devyn Antonio Alston, 25, of Shirley Street in Cohasset, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of cocaine charge in Hampton on May 30, 2022.

Erin Berard, 36, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem on attempted extended term of imprisonment-simple assault and two extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charges. She was accused of scratching a Salem police officer, spitting on another officer, and attempting to kick two other officers on Dec. 30, 2022.
Lance F. Boulanger, 49, of Epping Avenue in Hampton on a possession of tramadol, para-fluorofentanyl, and fentanyl mix with intent to distribute and six sale of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling drugs on Nov. 23, Nov. 29, Nov. 30, Dec. 2, Dec. 9, and Dec. 19, 2021, and Jan. 27, 2022, in Hampton.

Kyle T. Braciska, 29, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a possession of steroids charge on May 14, 2021, in Derry.
Joshua John Brazeau, 30, of Blodget Street in Manchester on forgery and theft charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check from the account of Concord Terrace LLC for $4,915.30 in Londonderry.
Brittany A. Briggs, 28, of Main Street in Dixfield, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl and cocaine mix charge on July 15, 2022, in Epping.
Steven A. Cerasuolo, 70, of Lewis Lane in East Hampstead on two felony reckless conduct: deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle toward a Hampstead police sergeant and detective, putting them in danger on Dec. 6, 2022.
