Wilton Man Indicted On Felonious Sexual Assault Charge: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jedidiah Aikin, 36, of Niagara Street in Niagara Falls, New York, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 14 in Merrimack.

Jayden Akroyd, 19, of Sunshine Drive in Hudson on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of unauthorized taking when entering a home in Hudson on July 13.

Natalie Anderson, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 8 in Nashua.

Jason Bailey, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua on three felony stalking charges. He was accused of stalking both a man and woman on March 17, March 29, and July 19 in Nashua after being previously convicted on stalking in September 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Glenn Beaulieu, 50, of Pleasant Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 25 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Essex County MA Superior Court.

Brandon Bennett, 32, of no fixed address in Keene on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Aug. 25 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug charge in Keene in June 2017.

Kyle Braciska, 28, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 10 in Nashua.

Keith Brown, 57, of Turnpike Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a Skyhawk drone from Walmart in Hudson on July 30. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges, including first-degree robbery in Providence, Rhode Island, in May 2009. Brown was also accused of damaging Hudson police property after “urinating and defecating” in a police cruiser.

Katelin Burke, 29, of Summer Street in Andover, MA, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fentanyl charges on May 11, 2019, in Pelham.

Marixsa Cantey, 51, of Whitney Street in Nashua on theft by deception and issuing bad checks charges, both felonies. She was accused of directing another woman to utter checks totaling more than $1,500 in Nashua between Aug. 17 and Aug. 18, 2020.

JR Cavarretta, 41, of Hamilton Street in Nashua on a felony possession of narcotic-amphetamine-dextroamphetamine charge on Aug. 12 in Nashua.
