Hampstead Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Derry, Rye men indicted on strangulation charges; Hampton man accused of fentanyl dealing; man from Maine faces felony theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Dario Francisco Abruzzese, 24, of Forest Hill Way in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2018 Audi Q5 on May 14 in Derry, owned by another, that he knew to be stolen.
Theresa G. Ainsworth, 52, of Passaconway Road Center in Center Ossipee on receiving stolen property, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of controlled drugs, methamphetamine and fentanyl mix, charges, all felonies, as well as a breach of bail conditions charge. She was accused of stealing items from Michael’s in Salem on Jan. 4 after twice being convicted on theft charges. Ainsworth was also accused of concealing the drugs in toilet paper and placing them under a cell door at police headquarters to impede an investigation. She was out on bail at the time of the incident.

Anthony Jordon Allen, 30, of Ocean Boulevard in Rye on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on May 8 in Rye.
Ryan Basnett, 26, a homeless man now located in Derry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug, LSD, charge on May 14, 2021, in Derry.

Brian Robert Batchelder, 43, of Newells Meadow Lane in Derry on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on July 23 in Derry.
Scott L. Boody, 57, of Deer Road in Dayton, Maine, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of concealing items and leaving Walmart in Seabrook on May 22. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
Lance F. Boulanger, 49, of Epping Avenue in Hampton on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense charge on April 19 in Hampton.
Kyle Scott Bozeman, 31, of Washington Boulevard in Marina Del Rey, California, on receiving stolen property, delivery of articles prohibited, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property, and possession of MDMA charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2020 GMC Savana van owned by U-Haul in Epping between April 1 and May 1 and failing to return it to Portland, Oregon, or U-Haul, by March 31. While at the Rockingham County House of Corrections, Bozeman was accused of possessing the drug.
Michael Brady, 43, of Main Street in Hampstead on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a child between Aug. 13, 1998, and Aug. 12, 2001, in Kingston and-or Raymond.
Michael Butler, 41, of Philip Road in Derry on a felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a dirk knife on April 29 in Hampstead after being convicted of a felony in Attleborough MA District Court in November 2009.
