Manchester Man Indicted On Death Resulting Fentanyl Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua man indicted on rape charges after Seacoast incident; Londonderry woman indicted on Peleton theft charge; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Luis Fernando Mendez, 29, of Central Street in Nashua on six aggravated felonious sexual assault and six accomplice aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping a woman and aiding Angel A. Cespedes Jr. in raping the woman repeatedly, by holding her down, on Aug. 20 in Seabrook, the indictment stated.

Adam D. Morceau, 18, of Eaton Road in South Effingham on a felony possession of psilocin charge on June 4 in Stratham.

Mark Ryan Musgrave, 43, of Millville Street in Salem on a felony possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and cocaine mix, charge on Nov. 28, 2021, in Salem.

Nastassja Nedeau, 36, of Bowler Road in Lynn, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on Sept. 21, 2021, in Raymond.

Elysia Marie Nichols, 23, of Post Road in Wells, Maine, on a felony possession of controlled drugs, fentanyl and cocaine mix, charge on May 30 in Stratham.

Jason Nieves, 40, of Knox Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on Feb. 7 in Salem.

Ayodeji Timothy Olorunfemi, 29, of Hunter Village Way in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl-death resulting charge. He was accused of dispensing the drug to a woman which led to her death between Feb. 22 and Feb. 23 in Londonderry. Elaine Pare, 50, of Old Derry Road in Londonderry on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of obtaining a One Peleton bike by deception on June 22 in Londonderry.

Alec R. Parmer, 26, Central Avenue in Dover on possession of psilocyin, possession of amphetamine, and possession of zolpidem charges, all felonies, on June 13 in Seabrook.
