Newington Man Arrested On Premises Kept Charges: Sheriffs Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — Tabitha Jane Maguire, 44, of Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth was arrested on Feb. 7, 2020, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the review of a fentanyl possession charge and on a judge's order to arrest on a cocaine possession charge.
Susan Marshall Stelmach, 21, of Silver Bell MHP in Rochester was arrested on Feb. 6 on three felonies first warrants for failure to appear at the plea-sentence of a fentanyl possession charge, failure to appear the plea-sentence of a resisting arrest charge, and failure to appear at the plea and sentencing of a shoplifting charge.
Nastassja D. Nedeau, 34, of Danville Road in Kingston was arrested on Feb. 5 on a judge's order to arrest for violation of a court order-restitution owed.

Timothy Robert Tremblay Jr., 32, of South Main Street in Manchester was arrested on Feb. 2 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the review of an original charge of controlled premises; drug kept.
