Newington Man Arrested On Premises Kept Charges: Sheriffs Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — Tabitha Jane Maguire, 44, of Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth was arrested on Feb. 7, 2020, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the review of a fentanyl possession charge and on a judge's order to arrest on a cocaine possession charge.

Susan Marshall Stelmach, 21, of Silver Bell MHP in Rochester was arrested on Feb. 6 on three felonies first warrants for failure to appear at the plea-sentence of a fentanyl possession charge, failure to appear the plea-sentence of a resisting arrest charge, and failure to appear at the plea and sentencing of a shoplifting charge.

Nastassja D. Nedeau, 34, of Danville Road in Kingston was arrested on Feb. 5 on a judge's order to arrest for violation of a court order-restitution owed.

Aaron Shaun Hill, 41, homeless in Portsmouth was arrested on Feb. 3 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at a status hearing on a burglary charge, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the status of a burglary charge-second warrant, and on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the status hearing of a theft charge-third warrant.

Timothy Robert Tremblay Jr., 32, of South Main Street in Manchester was arrested on Feb. 2 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the review of an original charge of controlled premises; drug kept.

Hakeem J. Saygbe, 25, of Milk Street in Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge on Jan. 29.

Joel Adam Drown Sr., 40, of Chester Road in Raymond was arrested on Jan. 29 on a judge's order to arrest for violation of a court order-restitution owed charge.

James Joseph Howard, 28, of Colonial Drive in Plymouth, Massachusetts, was arrested on a felonies first warrant for violation of bail conditions on an original charge of simple assault on Jan. 28.

Robert J. Garcia Maisonet Jr., 24, of Mass Mill Drive in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Jan. 25 on a judge's order to arrest for vop-on an original charge of robbery with a weapon.

Preston S. Lewis, 43, of North Road in Sandown was arrested on Jan. 24 on an order of arrest violation of court order and a bench warrant for operating after suspension.

Daniil Nikolaevitch Gokhban, pictured, 24, of Hannah Lane in Newington was arrested on Jan. 22 on two felonies first warrants for failure to appear at a review hearing on an original charge of controlled premises where drug kept and failure to appear at a review hearing on a controlled premises where heroin kept charge-second warrant.

Alesha Marie Neault, 34, of Pickering Road in Gonic was arrested on Jan. 21 on a felonies first warrant for vop on an original charge of meth possession.
