Men Indicted On Rape Charges After Incidents In Rye, Seabrook: Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Angel A. Cespedes Jr., 33, of Arlington Street in Nashua on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and three counts of accomplice aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping and attempting to rape the woman on Aug. 20, 2021, in Seabrook. Cespedes was also accused of acting in concert with and-or aided by Luis Mendez who was accused of holding the woman's ankles while Cespedes held her arms down during the rapes — with Mendez pushing the back of her head during the rapes, the indictment stated.

Walter Come, 38, of Middle Road in Candia on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of denting a motor vehicle owned by Master Billiards in Hampton Falls, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage on April 6, 2021.

Stephan Condodemetraky, 53, of Dorothy’s Way in Bedford on two felony counts of fraud in sales and purchase of securities between February 2014 and August 2015, in Derry.

Michael William Crawford, 52, of Union Street in Manchester on felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender, criminal mischief, and suspension of vehicle registration charges on Feb. 17 on Interstate 93 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and damaged a Jeep Grand Cherokee owned by another person.

Ashleigh M. Dahlstrom, 21, of Forest Street in Londonderry on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 26, 2021, in Londonderry.

Eric Paul Daneault, 46, of South Road in Londonderry on domestic violence-criminal threatening, reckless conduct-domestic violence, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies, as well as a disobeying an officer charge. He was accused of threatening to stab an intimate partner and two other people and lunging at her and two other people on Jan. 1 in Londonderry.

Scott Ryan Davidson, 34, of Harriman Hill Road in Raymond on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 24, 2020, in Kingston.

Robert Kevin Delaney, 34, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony possession of psilocin charge on April 16, 2021, in Chester.

Shawn Charles Eaton, 34, of Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge on Feb. 4 in Salem. He was accused of stealing items from Lowe’s after being convicted of burglary and receiving stolen property charges previously.

Curtis Edward Eldredge, 51, of Bean Road in Fremont on operating while certified as a habitual offender and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Hampshire Street on Sept. 19, 2021, in Salem.

Harrison Bennett Fallon, 23, of Scrub Creek Run in Bradenton, Florida, on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman on Aug. 9, 2021, in Rye.
