Massachusetts Man Faces 10 Credit Card Fraud Counts: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Bonnie Jean Delaney, 60, of Hampton was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2022, on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. She was arrested after a report of suspicious activity at Hampton District Court.
A 32-year-old Hampton man was taken into protective custody at 1:17 a.m. on Nov. 23 after a report of suspicious activity on Exeter Road.
A 17-year-old and a 14-year-old were taken into protective custody for drugs at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 20 after an incident at the Ashworth Hotel on Ocean Boulevard.

Stephen Ah Davis, 24, of Newburyport, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Nov. 19 on aggravated driving under the influence-collision with serious injury, DUI, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. A 24-year-old from Concord was taken into protective custody due to alcohol at 12:58 a.m. on Nov. 19 after an incident at Wally’s Pub on Ashworth Avenue.

Stacy Anne Fuller, 37, of Rochester was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on Nov. 18 on suspension of vehicle registration, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. She was arrested after an incident on Lafayette Road.
Nicholas Diphillipo, 28, of Methuen, MA, was arrested on a warrant at 2:50 p.m. on Nov. 18 at police headquarters.
Michael Ryan Hills, 38, of Hampton was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on Nov. 18 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Hannaford on Lafayette Road.
A 53-year-old woman from Seabrook was taken into protective custody for drugs at 1:11 a.m. on Nov. 18 after an incident at Wally’s Pub on Ashworth Avenue.
Matthew Hart, 39, of Wareham, MA, was arrested at 11:41 p.m. on Nov. 14 on 10 counts of credit card fraud, less than $1,000. He was arrested at police headquarters.
A 56-year-old man from Portsmouth was taken into protective custody at 7:17 p.m. on Nov. 14 after an incident at C Street Laundromat on C Street.
