​Portsmouth Woman Arrested by Sheriffs on a Fugitive Charge

Plus, Epping​ man arrested on burglary charge, Kingston man arrested on escape charge, and Pelham man arrested for marital non-support.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs recently.

Brian J. Tarmey, 51, of St. Margrets Drive in Pelham, was arrested on March 25, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for contempt capias marital non-support.

Doni D. Thompson, 38, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on March 24, 2017, on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Mark T. George, 30, of Cheney Road in Kingston, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of escape, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc cost cont-legal fees, and two bench warrants for reckless operation and theft.

Neil F. Barry Jr., 31, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on an issuing bad checks warrant.

Jeffrey L. Byron, 35, of Macy Street in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of shoplifting.

Kim Porter, 55, of Sunset Circle in Derry was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Michael A. Masterson, 37, of Railroad Avenue in Epping, was arrested on March 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for contempt on an original charge of burglary.

George H. Fogg Jr., 44, of South Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on March 20, 2017, on two warrants.
