Kingston Man Arrested on Drug Sale Charges

Rockingham Sheriffs arrested the following people recently:

Michael R. Busook, 24, of Burlington Avenue in Wilmington, MA, was arrested on Aug. 7, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a possession of buprenorphine and receiving stolen property.

Kristan A. Angelesco, 44, of Park Road in Saco, ME, was arrested on Aug. 6, for def sentence violation on a false scrips charge.

Steven G. Dunton, 51, of Elaines Way in Eliot, ME, was arrested at on Aug. 6, for VOP on original charges of simple assault and criminal threatening.

Misty D. Sargent, 30, of Labreey Road in Westbrook, ME, was arrested on Aug. 6, on a failure to appear at the arraignment on a heroin possession charge and bail jumping.

Jerry J. Merritt, 30, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 6, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of second-degree assault and simple assault charges.

Elijah L. Pelletier, 26, of Karatazas Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 6, on a VOP a heroin possession charge.

Max V. Fatello, 24, of Marston Way of Hampton, was arrested on Aug. 6, for civil violation of a court order.

William M. Cadden, 31, of Plummer Drive in Londonderry, was arrested on Aug. 5, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

William J. Ranucci, 38, of Brazil Street in Melrose, MA, was arrested on Aug. 5, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge as well as possession of clonazepam, possession of buprenorphine, and theft.

Edwin D. Flores, 28, of Wiggins Court in Somersworth, was arrested on Aug. 5, on a failure to appear at the review of a hearing on an oxycodone sale charge.

Mark T. George, 28, of Cheney Road in Kingston, was arrested on Aug. 5, for burglary and failure to appear in drug court on a burglary charge.

Matthew Montrose, 34, of Jamey Drive in East Rochester, was arrested on Aug. 4, on two counts of criminal threatening, two counts of resisting, simple assault, and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan S. Cunningham, 29, of Evelyn Road in Raymond, was arrested on Aug. 4, for failure to appear in drug court on a possession of fentanyl.

Bruce H. Rubin, 58, of Coopers Grove Road in Kingston, was arrested on Aug. 4, for VOP on three counts of sale of oxycodone.

Robert W. Whiteside Jr., 38, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 3, on two counts of impose sentence-theft.

Shane Welch, 31, of Beach Plain Road in Danville, was arrested on Aug. 3, of false report/motor vehicle accident.
