Rockingham Sheriffs Arrest Bronx Man On Rape Charges
Plus, Manchester, Rochester women face court charges after drug arrests and a Haverhill man allegedly fails to appear on a burglary charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.
Hector A. Rivera, 61, pictured, of East 143 Street in the Bronx, was arrested on June 2, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Kelsey K. Gosselin, 21, of Magic Avenue in Rochester, was arrested on May 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a motion to impose hearing on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Tammy A. Koehle, 42, of Central Street in Farmington, was arrested on May 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of theft.

Timothy M. Smith Jr., 37, of Tolman Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested on May 26, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of an original charge of possession of fentanyl, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of chlordiazepoxide, on a judge’s order to arrest for breach of bail, and on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for failure to appear at the sentencing of an original charge of theft.
Jessica S. Blue, 27, of Cartier Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of heroin possession.
Anthony M. Giarrusso, 30, of Washington Square in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on May 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of theft and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a burglary charge.
