Exeter Man Arrested for Restitution After Theft Charge: Sheriff’s Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Jennifer D. Lawton, 31, of East Street in Lexington, MA, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP heroin possession.

Adam H. Nagle, 37, of Lindenshire Avenue in Exeter, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on a theft charge.

George E. Seward, 939, of Beech Hill Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2016, on four bench warrants: One out of Concord District Court for disobeying an officer, another out of Newport District Court for operating after suspension, a third out of Manchester District Court for operating after suspension-subsequent, and a fourth by Nashua Police for disobeying an officer.

Melanie K. Chiachio, 46, of East Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sentence violation on a shoplifting charge.

Paul S. Rathe, 29, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, was arrested on Dec. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a heroin possession charge.

Kelsey K. Gosselin, 21, of Polly Ann Park in Dover, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing on diversion on a fentanyl possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for sale of a controlled drug.

Kurt E. Costello, 47, of Dorchester Street in Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP at an aggravated DUI with injury charge.

Timothy A. Grella Jr., 40, of Pelham Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for bad checks.

Edward G. Proctor, 52, of Cotton Road in Deerfield, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2016, on a warrant.
