Rockingham Sheriffs Arrest Mass. Residents On Theft, Other Charges​

Londonderry habitual offender faces charges, Salisbury man faces drug, credit card charges, Seabrook man arrested for marital non-support.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

David A. Brown, 49, of Collins Street in Seabrook, was arrested on June 16, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Thomas E. Theberge, 58, of Fieldstone Drive in Londonderry, was arrested on June 15, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of operating while a habitual offender and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of habitual offender.

Kelly L. Heselton, 46, of Main Street in Farmington, was arrested on June 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Raymond A. Garland, 47, of Franklin Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on June 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a willful concealment charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft.

Javier A. Colon, 37, of MCI Concord in Concord, MA, was arrested on June 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a possession of heroin charge.

Henry P. Pauly, 53, of Wilson Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for court fees due on an original charge of obtaining a CD by fraud.

Jean L. Doyon, 35, of Pond Road in Raymond, was arrested on June 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an attempted theft charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for perjury, on a judge’s order to arrest for title fraud, on a judge’s order to arrest for tampering with public records, and on a judge’s order to arrest for unsworn falsification.

Matthew P. Kerwood, 29, of Priest Road in Nottingham, was arrested on June 7, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Jason D. Kelloway, 42, of Central Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an arraignment. Originally, he was charged with five counts of delivery of articles.

Jeffrey A. Wolk Jr., 28, of High Street in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on June 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of heroin charge and a bench warrant out of Seabrook for credit card fraud.
