Seabrook, Rhode Island Men Indicted On Knife Threat Charges: Docs

Court: Seabrook man accused of cutting a vessel's line causing it to sink; Londonderry, Windham men indicted on strangulation charges; more.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jamie Lee Adario, 39, of Country Hollow Lane in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in North Hampton on Jan. 31, 2021, and a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge on Jan. 29, 2021, in North Hampton. Adario was accused of working in concert with another person to steal items from Home Depot after being convicted twice before of theft.

William M. Baker, 44, of Weare Road in Seabrook on a felony criminal threatening-domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife on Oct. 15, 2021, in Seabrook.

Aaron Bergeron, 23, of Lower Collins Street in Seabrook on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of cutting the line of a fishing vessel, which was owned by another person, which caused the vessel to drift and eventually sink in Seabrook on July 18, 2021.

Alexander Corey Bilodeau, 28, of Water Street in Amesbury, MA, on felony possession of cocaine and fentanyl charges on Aug. 15, 2021, in Salem.

Shawn M. Broderick, 26, of Charleston Avenue in Londonderry on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge on Sept. 28, 2021, in Londonderry.

Matthew H. Milam, 34, of Montauk Avenue in Westerly, Rhode Island, on breach of bail and two criminal threatening charges. He was accused of telling another person he was going to slit the throats of their two best friends and also threatening to lock the other person inside a burning home on Aug. 26, 2021, in Exeter. The bail violation charge stemmed from an incident on Aug. 30, 2021.

Eric G. Sanchez, 20, Sanborn Street in Danville on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing tools and equipment from vehicles owned by Heath Property Management in Brentwood on Sept. 28, 2021.

Illya Scott, 23, of Logan Road in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge. Scott was accused of flattening tires and/or causing dents and scratches to a Nissan 350Z owned by another person in Raymond between Nov. 27 and Nov. 28, 2020.

Alieu Serray Sie, 32, of Holland Circle in New Castle, Delaware, on two felony forgery charges. Sie was accused of using a counterfeit Pennsylvania license and fake credit card to rent a vehicle at Hertz on April 25, 2021, in Londonderry.

Daniel Sinnott, 46, of Settlers Range in Windham on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 5, 2021, in Derry.

Mark Steven St. Pierre II, 44, of Luis Road in Kittery, Maine, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a pair of LeBron sneakers and a pair of socks from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Newington on Aug. 2, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Derek Francis Sullivan, 20, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony indecent exposure or lewdness charge. He was accused of sending a video clip, pleasuring himself, to a child on Nov. 26, 2020, in Derry.

Kristen Sweeney, 32, of Eastgate Way in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Feb. 21, 2021, in Derry.
