Seabrook, York Beach Women, Hampton Men Face DUI Charges: Log

HAMPTON, NH — Janice L. Wadsworth, 60, of York Beach, Maine, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on March 13 on driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and conduct after an accident charges. She was arrested after a hit and run on Ocean Boulevard.

Jessica M. Spencer, 37, of Seabrook was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on March 13 on a driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charge. She was arrested after a stop on Ocean Boulevard. Police took her into protective custody.

Edward Beecher Fogarty, 40, of Hampton Falls was arrested on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Lafayette Road at 9:58 p.m. on March 9.

Matthew R. Wilson, 25, of Portsmouth was cited at 5:01 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a driving revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on Lafayette Road.

Michael Joseph Digiovanni, 60, of Hampton was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on Feb. 17 on driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and conduct after an accident charges as well as a stop sign-yield sign violation. He was arrested after a crash at Towle Farm Road and Exeter Road.

Milagro A. Jimenez, 24, of Hampton was arrested on Feb. 16 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Randy S. Pendergast, 49, of Hampton was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Feb. 16 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident on Kings Highway.

Joshua C. Blake, 31, of Durham was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a fugitive from justice charge as well as loitering, simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested on Winnacunnet Road after a report of an assault. Blake was also taken into protective custody due to his alleged inebriation. Austin S. Ford, 26, of Hampton was cited at 2:58 a.m. on Feb. 14 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charge after a traffic stop at Anns Lane and Tuck Road.

Zachary Garth Wilson, 23, of Fremont received a summons at 12:48 a.m. on Feb. 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on Route 101 near Exit 13.
