Somersworth Sex Offender Indicted On Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Mass. woman indicted on robbery, kidnapping charges; Hampton felon faces firearm, theft charges; Maine man indicted on drug dealing charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Camille M. Knox, 38, of Main Street in Athol, Massachusetts, on robbery and five kidnapping charges. She was accused of driving Jose Robles to the XtraMart gas station in Hampstead where an armed robbery took place on Aug. 1, according to the indictment. She and Robles were also accused of failing to voluntarily release five people during a home invasion on Aug. 1 in Hampstead.
Jeffrey Kristiansen, 53, of L Street in Hampton on receiving stolen property-firearm, theft by unauthorized taking, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen .45 caliber Taurus 1911 as well as more than $1,500 owned by another person between Feb. 9 and Feb. 14, 2019, in Hampton. Kristiansen is a felon due to an armed assault conviction in July 2009 in Essex MA County Superior Court.

Joseph James Lapointe, 37, of Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth on two domestic violence-simple assault-enhanced penalty charges. He was accused of striking and pulling the hair of an intimate partner on July 27 after being convicted on charges within the last six years.
Thomas Dee Long, 56, of Kilkelly Court in Dallas, Georgia, on a felony sex offender-duty to inform. He was accused of failing to register with Derry police for an employment charge between March 29, 2021, and April 22.

Reginald Love, 42, of Bay State Road in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing from Macy’s in Salem on Aug. 16 after being convicted twice on theft charges.
Shaun Macintosh, 37, of South Street in Somersworth on three felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a woman between April 23 and April 24, 2021, in Portsmouth. Macintosh, according to the state of New Hampshire, is a sex offender due to five felonious sexual assault convictions in May 2006. He has also been convicted on three duty to report charges, as well as disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Roberto Martinez, 24, of South Main Street in Derry on two felony conduct after accident charges. He was accused of crashing into another vehicle, causing personal injury to two other people, and leaving the scene in Derry on July 24.
Jared G. Masseur, 38, of Henry Taylor Street in Salem on a felony possession of methamphetamine chargeon July 25, 2021, in Salem.
Charles McCausland, 38, of Canal Street in Rumford, Maine, on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges. He was accused of working in concert with Annika Gagnon to sell the drugs on April 1 in Portsmouth.
Cameron R. Moglia, 32, of Reed Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle at high speeds, weaving in and out of lanes, running a red light, and crossing a double yellow line in Londonderry on March 28.
