Somersworth Man Indicted On Attempted Murder Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Salem sex offender accused of failing to register; elderly scam indictment; felon indicted on weapon charges; crack, fentanyl dealing case.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Patrick William Dionne, 50, of Providence Hill Road in Salem on a felony failure to knowingly comply with sex offender registration of offenders-subsequent charge. He was accused of failing to register with police on June 28 in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, Dionne was convicted on a sex offender registration charge in Roxbury Massachusetts District Court in August 2020. He is a sex offender due to an indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 from July 2000.

Randy A. Dorr, 51, of Laurel Street in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check from an Opportunity Networks account with St. Mary’s Bank for $3,200.99 in Londonderry on Dec. 23, 2021.

Brandon James Fecteau, 44, of Route 108 in Somersworth on attempted first-degree murder, three first-degree assault-domestic violence charges, and four tampering with witness charges, all felonies, as well as a breach of bail charge. He was accused of stabbing an intimate partner three times while stating, “I need to kill you now,” or words to that effect, on July 5 in Northwood.

Katrina M. Ferrar, 40, of Plymouth Street in Portland, Maine, on possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine charges, both felonies, as well as a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on July 28 while also being in possession of the drugs.

Adamo J. Fiandaca, 46, of Mavis Avenue in Rochester on two operating after certified as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Pelham Road in Salem on Nov. 19, 2021, and Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth on Jan. 14 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Annika Anne Gagnon, 25, of York Street in Rumford, Maine, on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges. She was accused of acting in concert with Charles McCausland to dispense crack cocaine and fentanyl in Portsmouth on April 1, 2021.

Andrew Peter Gomez, 41, of North Shore Road in Derry on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 28 in Brentwood.

Jonathan R. Guy, 29, of Prescott Road in Raymond on two felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. He was accused of possessing a Walther handgun and a pump action shotgun on Aug. 31 in Raymond. He is a felon due to a lewd and lascivious battery on a child charge in December 2012 in the Hernando County Clerk of Circuit Court in Florida.

Elvis Guzman, 45, of Manning Boulevard in Albany, New York, on a felony conspiracy to commit theft by deception. Between Oct. 27 and Oct. 30, 2020, he was accused of working with Starlyn Lara Pimental and-or other coconspirators to rent a hotel room in Portsmouth to con an elderly Concord resident into paying $15,000 for a bail bond order for a grandchild as well as conning elderly Newfields residents to post $32,000 for a grandchild; conning an elderly Grantham resident to come up with $24,000 for a bail order; conning an elderly Franconia resident of $18,000; conning an elderly Hampstead resident for $18,000; and conning an elderly Salisbury resident of $18,000; and a Nashua resident of $42,000, the indictment stated.

Meredith L. Hartford, 30, of Haverhill Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on two felony possession of controlled drug, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges on Oct. 8, 2021, in Salem.
