Manchester Teen Turns Himself In On Riot, Other Charges

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police announced Saturday that a teen wanted on charges, accused of participating in street violence during the post-George Floyd vigil at Stark Park in the Queen City, had been arrested.

Antwan Stroud, 18, of Manchester turned himself in on a warrant and now faces criminal liability for conduct of another, reckless conduct, and riot charges. He was one of three people accused by police of "being disruptive and acting recklessly on South Willow Street" June 2.

Police claimed, after viewing videos from the scene of the incidents, that rocks and bottles were thrown at officers and a firework was lit off and thrown. The firework landed in a parking lot occupied by others, a report stated.

Kyle Toledo of Hooksett was arrested 48 hours after the incident while Dylan Smith of Deerfield was arrested Friday during a motor vehicle stop in Hooksett.

Stroud was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on July 16. Smith and Toledo will both be arraigned July 9.
