Police seek person of interest in vandalism in Manchester (newportdispatch.com) — Manchester police are investigating hate-motivated vandalism at the Moka Pot on Hanover Street, where windows were smashed and racist graffiti, including swastikas, was spray-painted overnight on Sept. 16.
