Alleged Auto Tool Thief, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, alleged Lego thief, reckless conduct suspect in Merrimack, and woman arrested for drug possession in Milford, all indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Justin Laforge, 30, pictured upper right, of Seaverns Drive in Merrimack, for theft by unauthorized taking (between $1,001-$1,500). On Jan. 7, 2016, he allegedly stole Legos from the Toys R Us in Nashua.

Kristie Larrauri, 27, pictured lower center, of Acton Street in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence – for allegedly removing a safe from a home on Nov. 22, 2016, in Nashua – in order to impair an investigation.

Janita Ledoux, 29, pictured upper center, of Summer Street in Nashua, for sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-Suboxone, heroin, all felonies. The sales allegedly occurred in Nashua in April and September 2016.

Michael Lewis, 35, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, a felony, three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime or injury. On July 12, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly grabbed an intimate partner and pushed her to the ground three times.

Christopher Livingston, 33, pictured upper left, of Ferry Street in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), in October 2016, for allegedly taking control of tools from Glidden Auto Service in Nashua.

Saxton Lynch, 30, of Buzzell Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of reckless conduct. On Sept. 24, 2016, in Merrimack, he allegedly drove away while an officer was hanging onto the vehicle.

Carlos Maldonado, 43, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony burglary and resisting arrest or detention. On Dec. 20, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly burglarized a Hudson home. The next day, he allegedly attempted to keep officers from arresting him.

Rebecca Mangold, 25, of Summer Street in Peterborough, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, alleged on Sept. 29, 2015, in Milford.

Juan Martinez, 33, pictured lower right, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine allegedly in September and October 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in April 2010.

Byron Medina, 25, pictured lower left, of Ash Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-MDMA, allegedly in August and September 2016, in Nashua.
