Manchester Man Arrested on Drug, Gun Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Justin LaForge, of Seaverns Bridge Road in Merrimack, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Dec. 30, 2016, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a felony. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the CVS on Hall Street.

Bobby J. Brouillard, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on Rumford Street.

Jon P. Knowles, of Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2016, for criminal trespass. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Reana J. Moran, of Farnham Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2016, on warrant. She was arrested on North State Street.

Tina M. Hill, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. She was arrested on Hall Street.

Tyler Davis, of Devco Drive in Manchester, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and carrying a loaded handgun without a license. He was arrested at JCPenney at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Darious Davis, of Gale Road in Alexandria, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for theft by deception and driving after revocation or suspension after an alleged incident at the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Deborah A. Decato, of Battle Street in Webster, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. She was arrested on Penacook Street.

Jonathan M. Smith, of Church Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for theft and falsifying physical evidence after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Steven M. Rossi, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for criminal restraint, resisting arrest or detention, simple assault, second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and attempted second-degree murder. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Crutchfield Building on Pitman Street.
