Alleged Child Molester, Convicted Thieves, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealer, alleged Merrimack strangler, and Derry man who reportedly struck and killed a person also indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Nicholas Beaudette, 23, of West Prescott Street in Westford, for two counts of felonious sexual assault. Between January and September 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly touched a girl under 13.

Thomas Bourgeois, 56, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on July 1, 2016, in Nashua.

Kyle Bisson, 30, of Howe Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, due to two prior convictions. On June 5, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly stole items from Walmart. He was previously convicted of theft in October 2014 and October 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Joseph Brodie, 47, of Century Way in Merrimack, for second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence, both felonies, as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. On July 21, 2016, he allegedly strangled and pushed a woman he was previously intimate with in Merrimack.

Joe Burgos, 31, of Commercial Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, subsequent, allegedly on July 6, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2014.

Charles Cameron, 33, of Barnesdale Road in Nashua, for two felony counts of identity fraud. Between July 2014 and March 2016, he allegedly posed as two other people in order to defraud Barclays Credit Card.

Shane Campbell, 33, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam and conduct after an accident with death injury, both felonies, allegedly on July 11, 2016, in Hudson.

Jose Collazo-Rivera, 34, of Palm Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two previous convictions. On June 27, 2016, he allegedly stole eight bottles of Axe body spray from the Shaw’s Supermarket in Nashua. Collazo-Rivera was previously convicted in Nashua District Court of theft.

Anthony Dubois, 33, of Jill Drive in Nashua, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony, transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On June 7, 2016, in Nashua, Dubois was allegedly in possession of a switchblade and marijuana. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in March 2012 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
