Alleged Cocaine Dealers Indicted
The latest indictment information from Hillsborough Superior Court.

The following residents were indictment in court recently:
Warren Picard, 52, of Willow Street in Manchester, on felony theft by unauthorized taking after allegedly stealing a bottle of wine from Shaw’s on Main Street in Nashua on Dec. 8, 2014. He was previously convicted in Merrimack District Court in 2012 and Nashua District Court in 2011.
Corey Posey, 43, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on two counts of receiving stolen property, one of the counts a felony. Posey allegedly stole tools from Nashua in August 2014, valued at more than $1,000.

Dylan J. Ramos, 18, of Hevey Street in Manchester, on a felony burglary count and two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. Along with Tobin Perry, John Ives, and Richard Nocella, he allegedly stole items from Majestic Motors in Merrimack in November and December 2014.
Jacob Riggan, 31, of Lovewell Street in Nashua, on a computer pornography prohibited felony charge. On Aug. 1, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly shared pornography images of himself through Facebook with a 15-year-old girl, with the purpose of soliciting the teen for sex.

Michael Roberts, 25, of Wellman Avenue in Chelmsford, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (cocaine) on Dec. 3, 2014, in Nashua.
Jairo Rodriguez, 18, of Eight Street in Nashua, on four counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug on Oct. 13, and Oct. 16, 2014. The sales allegedly involved cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl, along with an individual who was cooperating with the Nashua Police Department.
Manuel Rodriguez, 22, of Walnut Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug and felony drug enterprise leader on Oct. 9, Oct. 10, Oct. 16, 2014, in Nashua.
Randy Ross, 29, of Muscatanipus Road in Brookline, for first-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault. On Jan. 16, 2015, in Hollis, he allegedly struck another man in the head with a flashlight and struck him in the head with his fists.
Jonathan Simmons, 33, of Lake Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, after allegedly having cocaine on Nov. 3, 2014, in Nashua.
Eric Aubin, 33, of Lawrence Road in Hudson, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking on Sept. 15, 2014, in Hudson at Modern Protective Coatings involving property greater than $3,000.
Robert Bates, 29, of North Road in Brentwood, for felony theft by deception. On Sept. 6, 2014, in Nashua, Bates allegedly worked with Jason Burns to scheme to cash false checks, valued at $1,500.
Corey Belmore, 25, of Post Road in Warwick, RI, for felony bail jumping on Jan. 24, 2014, in Nashua.
Gary Borak, 47, of Pelham Road in Pelham, for felony theft by deception and issuing bad checks on Sept. 18, 2013, in Hudson.
Carl Branco, 47, of Briarwood Lane in Litchfield, for felony receiving stolen property and 12 counts of holding periof for purchases and pawns. He allegedly attempted to deprive owners of merchandise and gift cards for pawning at more than $1,500 between March and October 2014, in Nashua.
