Alleged Concord, Nashua Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Sex offender allegedly with a Plenty of Fish profile, other charges, alleged Hudson child rapist, alleged welfare fraudster, all indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in March in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Paul Dinoto, 54, of Clinton Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, subsequent allegedly in September and October 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in February 2016.

Carey Driscoll, 40, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for three felony counts of duty to inform for allegedly failing to notify police of his change of residency in October 2016 as required as a sex offender and creating a Plenty of Fish online dating profile in August 2016. He was previously convicted of prohibited uses of computer services for using the Internet to seduce or lure a child to engage in sex acts in 2010 in Cheshire County.
William Duffany, 53, of Airport Road in Concord, for sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin and sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 1, 2016, in Nashua.

Vincent Durham Jr., 24, of Parker Drive in Hudson, for four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between October 2008 and March 2013, he alleged raped and fondled a girl in Hudson who was less than 13 at the time.
Jessica Dustin, 35, of Silver Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam and operating after revocation-second offense allegedly on Dec. 11, 2016, on Spruce Street in Nashua. She was previously convicted of operating after suspension in November 2014 in Merrimack District Court.
Tremayne Ellison, 21, of Linton Street in Nashua, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapons and reckless conduct, both felonies. On Dec. 14, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly discharged a firearm in a residence on Linton Street. Ellison was previously convicted in Massachusetts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a felony, in May 2014, according to the indictment.
Myles Ferrell, 21, of Lowell Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony forgery for allegedly uttering a check of $7,086 from an account that didn’t below to him on Sept. 22, 2016, at the Citizens Bank in Hudson.
Joseph Fuller, 39, of North 17th Street in Nashua, for burglary and robbery, both felonies, allegedly holding a knife to another person’s throat on Jan. 21, 2017, at the Kinsley Street Market in Nashua.
Steven Giguere, 27, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 8, 2016, in Nashua.
Heather Gretter, 38, of Monroe Street in Nashua, for felony public welfare-prohibited act. Between May 2013 and April 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly collected food stamps and medical assistance benefits that she was not entitled to due to her intentionally failing to disclose employment and income of her husband and her own employment and income.
Jose Gurley, 18, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony robbery on Jan. 3, 2017, in Nashua, after allegedly pushing a woman to the ground and stealing from her.
